Billing, Payment & Insurance Options For Our Homecare Agency
At iCare Elder Services, we help home care patients in the state of Texas qualify for our care services.
We have a variety of different payment options available and we work with all forms of insurance. We have a care manager who will help you identify the programs that you may qualify for. You will have no concern for reimbursement, and we take care of that process for you.
Our Payment Options Include:

- Workers compensation Medicaid
Our Payment and Billing Process
We are able to get referrals within Texas, referrals from offices for the aging, elder service agencies, including nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, adult centers, and primary care.
iCare Elder Services only collects payment from the client/patient or family. It is their responsibility to provide payment from the options listed above. We do not accept payment from any facility for care.
However, iCare Elder Services will work with insurance companies once the necessary information is provided by the client. No payments for any service should be given directly to a staff member. All payments should be made to iCare Elder Services TX.
